What is it?

The Community Partnership program was formed in 1988, and assists registered, non-profit organizations in developing funds for community activities.

How Does It Work?

As a partnered organization you retain total control of your own membership contact and involvement. Therefore, you contact your members and encourage them to use the program. *Shirley Kinzer will assist you in reaching your membership by sharing successful marketing tools used by other organizations.

When one of your members is going to buy or sell a home, or knows someone who is, he or she gives the information to your contact person who refers them to Shirley Kinzer, your RE/MAX Mutual Realty in Ballard agent.

When a sale occurs, you are notified at the closing of the transaction that an amount equal to 10 percent of the commission is donated on behalf of the agent and RE/MAX Mutual Realty in Ballard.

How does your organization become a partner?

Just ask me about the process, and I will help you.

What happens once a transaction closes as a result of a referral from your organization?

Shirley Kinzer will present your organization with a check in your name for an amount equal to 10 percent of the commission. It is that easy!
